Refund policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange a product. We offer an exchange for another product within the purchase amount (with a surcharge if necessary), provided that it is returned in its original packaging, without signs of wear, within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by the customer.
